Q1. Can I have a piece of fabric sample?
A.We will be happy to send you stock fabric samples for your checking. But if the sample is customized with bespoke color and weight, there will be sample charge according to actual cost.
Q2. What is the lead time for sample?
A. Stock sample usually takes about 1 week time, while customized fabric sample will take 3-4 weeks to prepare.
Q3. Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A.Yes we can accept OEM or ODM order. For example, we can make terry fabric with customized weight between 180gsm to 350gsm, and make bespoke pantone color accordingly customer’s requirement.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A.Yes, fabric MOQ is 500kg per color, if the quantity is lower than it but higher than 200kg, the cost will be higher accordingly. But if the quantity is lower than 200kg, it’ll be hard to produce.
Q5. What express do you often use to send the samples?
A. We usually ship samples by DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx or SF…
Q6. What’s your acceptable payment term?
A.Our conventional payment term is T/T. But L/C, Western Union, PayPal or other payment term are also acceptable.
Q7. How do you control product quality?
A.Quality is priority. We have QC team to control every process. For example, our QC team people would inspect incoming yarn carefully. We would also arrange spot check to control the fabric roll width and fabric gsm weight during production. It’s worth mentioning that the equipments are made in Germany, the fabric style and quality are both guaranteed.
Q8. How can you let the new customers to cooperate at ease?
A.We can make Trade Assurance orders with customers through Alibaba. It will bring you full protection for your orders.
Q9. How does the customer know the order process?
A.We have a team working for each order. Sales assistant will report the order process to customers at very beginning to the end of the production.
Q10. What is your production capacity?
A.There are 14 weaving machines, daily fabric production capacity is about 30 tons.
